2. Small Parts and Choking Hazards

Some toys contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years. Keep small parts, accessories, and packaging away from young children and pets. Always follow the age warning on the product page and packaging.

3. Batteries and Magnets

If a toy contains batteries or magnets, use only the battery type specified. Do not mix old and new batteries. Keep batteries and magnets away from children. Seek medical advice immediately if a battery or magnet is swallowed. Do not expose battery-operated toys to moisture or heat.

4. Children and Household Safety

Customers should keep small parts, accessories, packaging materials, plastic bags, and tools away from children and pets. Packaging materials should be disposed of safely.

5. Product Care

Follow all care instructions provided with the product. Remove batteries before long-term storage. Avoid exposure to excessive moisture, direct heat, strong sunlight, harsh cleaning chemicals, or improper cleaning methods unless the product is designed for such conditions.

6. Product Recalls and Safety Notices

If we become aware of a toy recall, safety notice, or corrective action affecting a toy sold by us, we may contact affected customers using the contact information provided at purchase.

We may also provide instructions regarding repair, replacement, refund, disposal, or other corrective action.

7. Reporting Safety Concerns

Please include your order number, product name, description of the safety concern, photos or videos, and product labels, batch numbers, or identifying information if available.

8. EU Toy Safety Information

For toys sold to consumers in the European Union, applicable toy safety, manufacturer, importer, responsible economic operator, age warning, CE marking, and traceability information should be provided on the toy, packaging, accompanying documentation, product page, or upon request where required by applicable law.
